AT&T THANKS not loading for my account

The benefits tier is gone from my account and I can no longer launch AT&T Thanks. Did my benefits eligibility change?

The same thing has happened to me and I uninstalled the app with hopes that it was just glitching and re-installing the app would fix the problem but a message in my app store stated that "App Not Available: This app is currently not available in your country or region." Conveniently happens during the daily holiday giveaway!

Same here, i opened AT&T THANKS app and it said to go to MY AT&T to access the sweepstakes and when i signed in, it said i had no benefits? Why has my tier gone away? Please fix this before the first sweepstakes finishes

Unless something changed with your service, it's likely you remain eligible for AT&T Thanks. Tiers are based on the number and type of qualifying services associated with an account in good standing. Adding a qualifying service may elevate the account to a higher tier.

 

It's recommended that you use either Chrome or Firefox as the benefits are best viewed online using either browser. Also, if you're using the app, I advise that you try accessing your AT&T THANKS benefits via the AT&T THANKS website.

I also cannot access attthanks. What can I do? The links sent in the employee response don't work. Can someone help?

I'm having the same issue. When I click the link to view AT&T Thanks, it takes me to a screen that pops up, very quickly, "none benefits" and then takes me back to the AT&T Thanks page asking me to sign in (even though I'm already signed in).

I have AT&T Fiber Internet service. Am I not eligible for benefits?

Like drewbino, I have the same problem. "None benefits" briefly appears then I am kicked back to login. I have AT&T wireless and AT&T TV.

Today is December 6, 2021, I have tried repeatedly to access the ATT THANKS sweepstakes from myATT & it simply won't allow a connection.  I do have eligible service, so I've been denied entries into sweepstakes due to this issue. I also tried from a website search, same issue. What is wrong?
