ATT Thanks Login Help
Hello,
I am unable to log into the ATT Thanks app. The message states "Uh oh. An error has occurred. Please check back later. Code: 401 - ID: access_denied - access_denied - User not supported". I've called the support department and was told to try again in "1-2 hours". When I did, the app still had this message. Please help! Thank you!

That's a great question! Here's information on linking all your AT&T accounts to a single ID. Under Linking an account in the preceding link, click on My linked accounts in myAT&T and follow the steps provided. Let us know if this helped!

For this error code, be sure to use the full User ID, including any email info if your User ID normally includes the @ email reference.
Please check your account(s) to ensure they are properly linked to your AT&T User ID. Let us know if this information helps!

Let's look into a resolution for you, @kylecowan!
It's advised that you make sure you're using the same ID used for myAT&T. Should your experience persist, you will want to confirm that your accounts are linked under a single ID.
If you do not have AT&T user credentials, you are required to set up those credentials using the app.
Give this a try and let us know how this worked for you!

Did all that, same error. Only happens on Spotify offer.

Please confirm to us if you were able to login to your account online through our AT&T THANKS website. Once you've logged in, you'll know your eligible for the offer if the full details of it appears in your portal. (Please take note, AT&T Account must be in good standing to be eligible for any offers.)
Also, please be advised that this offer is only available to NEW Spotify Premium subscribers only. Existing subscribers or if you've previously redeemed a Spotify Premium trial are not eligible for this offer.
If you're able to access the Spotify offer tile, you'll need to select the offer where you'll then be redirected to the Spotify website to create an account and redeem the offer. (Promotion is limited to one redemption code per account)

I am able to log in, full details available...click on learn more and error message appears. Even if I was no eligible (which I am) wouldn't you just throw up a "not eligible" message instead of that gibberish?
