Att thanks error 401
I get the following error when trying to login into my att thanks account
Code: 401 - ID customer profile -1000 - no account found.
I have tried everything here: https://forums.att.com/t5/Account-Features/Att-thanks-error-401/m-p/6015041#M41882 (which does not really provide a solution)
Furthermore, I have tried using my full UserID, I have tried linking accounts, I have tried using my phone number to login. I have tried creating a new userID for myatt and using that but neither of them work.
It would be really great if someone knowledgeable enough from ATT could help with this. The customer service was utterly useless and they told me that I was doing something wrong but they couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong so they just send me a link to this forum.
From the looks of it, other customers are having similar issues but a complete proper solution from ATT was never released.
