Yes, I had a myAT&T account, username with “att.net” and without “att.net” at end, and could also log in with phone number, and gmail email I had given at store. When I used access ID that got me into myAT&T, it wouldn’t do att thanks without saying customer not found error I spoke of. Apparently I had it hooked up to a gmail that wasn’t linked to account. Working now. Thanks

Hello, @Munkey

Thanks for your post. We will be happy to help you with AT&T Thanks.

Have you created a user ID to manage your AT&T services online? If so, you will use the same credentials to login to AT&T Thanks. If not, visit the myAT&T sign-in page and select Create one now. Once you have created your ID you can use it for both account management, and benefits.

Check out the links for help creating your ID.

Yeah Kenneth, what about the fact that no one seems to be able to claim the gifts once they are finally logged in ?????
