AT&T Thanks App has never let me login

I have tried for three weeks to login to the ATT Thanks app.  I have been getting:

Uh oh.  A errorhas ocurred.  Please check back later.

Now I get the same, but with the addition of :

Code: 401 - ID: SVC0001 - A service error has occurred.  Error code is 1%.

Since I have never been allowed to login to this app, I'm about to write it off as an elaborate prank by AT&T and just switch to a competent carrier that likes its customers when my contract is up.

I have tried to login in for over a year! Still error code. I have done the following:

deleted/reinstalled app

reset phone

reset password

changed used id

ised phone number to login

EMailed developer

NOTHING WORKS 

PLEASE HELP US!!!

I am experiencing the same exact problem.  Ever since the AT&T Thanks app was rolled out, I have never been able to log in.  I spoke with an agent who told me that a specialist will reach out to me and that never happened.  Maybe this was AT&T's strategy all along.  Remove the AT&T Thanks program from the website & move it to an app that never works, so customers will never be able to take advantage of the benefits.

I was FINALLY able to login. Try calling them (or going onto your account) and get rid of any logins that are not the main login. I was told by everyone to use my phone number which was incorrect. When I got rid of old logins I was able to login with my email address. Hope this helps!

AT&T you should look into a loyalty platform like PeooleVine, I've never had an issue with companies that use their loyalty platform!

 

I too can't login to AT&T thanks. Thanks AT&T.

It tells me can’t log in, but then it does log me in.

Go to lsreg.att.net and under create ID enter in your login info. Then follow the prompts.  Hint: You most likely can use the same username for At&t.com and the At&t thanks app, I did. When it asks if you already have a login, select that you do, enter it in and hit continue until you reach the confirmation page. Then if the app is open, close the app, reopen it and log on. YES MIRACLES HAPPEN! This is supposedly happening because some customers do not have an At@t profile and only a user login. I spent 6 hours on phone to get this info so I probably should be getting paid for this. LOL Good luck hope this fixes your issue. FIX FOR ERROR CODE 401-NO ACCOUNTS FOUND
