AT&T Thanks App has never let me login

I have tried for three weeks to login to the ATT Thanks app.  I have been getting:

Uh oh.  A errorhas ocurred.  Please check back later.

Now I get the same, but with the addition of :

Code: 401 - ID: SVC0001 - A service error has occurred.  Error code is 1%.

Since I have never been allowed to login to this app, I'm about to write it off as an elaborate prank by AT&T and just switch to a competent carrier that likes its customers when my contract is up.

Hello and good morning @readeaux91.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums.  We are committed to finding ongoing ways to thank our customers for the value they bring to us.  The Thanks program shows you all the ways we appreciate your business.  I want to help you enjoy these great benefits!

When you do log into the app, please use your Access ID which is the same ID used for you the myAT&T app.  If you still experience issues logging in, please uninstall and reinstall the app.  If you logged in, and still having issues; confirm you are eligible for the program.  Log into your myAT&T account, and go to Account & services > My benefits & rewards.  Under AT&T THANKS, you will see your tier status, and can explore benefits available to you.

Let us know if this helped you out.  I wish you the best, and have a great day!

I'm having the exact problem. I've tried for months to login to the ATT Thanks, it's never let me. I've verified my username and password (the same one I use to login to My ATT app), I've verified that I'm eligible for the program (Gold tier), I've deleted and reinstalled the app. The only thing that has changed is that now a get a different error code, 401.

And the answers given on the forum never address the issue. Please someone email me and tell me WHY this is happening. I've been an ATT customer for two decades, would like to get a little benefit out of it 🙂

Wow same here! What’s the point of giving these perks when you can’t let us use it?  Such a scam in the name of thanks! Shame on you guys!!

I also have the same problem with both the app and once I log in online I get the error when trying to use the Ticket Tuesday link. With so many people having issues.. I don't understand why this can't be fixed...
