Att shipping label

Hi.I own a Samsung Galaxy S8+ that i need to return back to att. I lost the Shipping Label and contacted att about this and they said they would resend another shipping label to me either by email and/or by sending to my mailbox, but i didn't receive either. Will i still be able to send it back or would it be too late?

I’m sorry to hear you have not received your return label yet.  It is something which needs to be taken care of for you right away so you can return your device and avoid any charges.  We can help!


Please review this article about returning or exchanging a device and this one for mailing your return with additional details.  You will be able to still send back your device.  There is a chance a charge may take place if the allotted time has succeeded from which it is supposed to be sent back.  If needed, please send me a private message @ATTCares in order for me to better assist and we can send a return label as well.
