Att service and phone

I have a galaxy a13 and my wife has a galaxy s22. I noticed that when she calls her name is actually backwards so that our last name is first but mine is fine and looking into my account online it clearly states name to be displayed is correctly in there. And on my phone the active armor will not actually display the name of a reverse phone lookup. I search a number and it returns with the number displayed but nothing under it and my subscription is premium unlimited and my phone and apps are up to date tried it on my wife's phone and reverse lookup returns the number and name  so I'm confused .... has anyone else had any of these issues? is the att reverse look up even reliable?  any help would be appreciated.

Hello Justus81, we're here to help with Caller ID and Reverse Phone look up in the Active Armour App.

You can change your display name for Caller ID. Here's how:

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile and select People & permissions.
  2. Select Show details for the number you want to update on Caller ID.
  3. Choose Edit for Caller ID.
  4. Enter the info and select Save.

It may take up to 72 business hours for caller IDs to show an updated Caller ID name.

Let's check to what version of mobile security you have. Check the home screen when the app is opened. If it has Your mobile security at a glance, you have the free features. If it has Your Advanced mobile security at a glance, you have access to the advanced features. Reverse Phone look up feature comes with the Advanced mobile security.

Feel free to reach back out if you have any further questions or concerns.
