For the Att Secure Family feature, are all phones on the plan able to be tracked or is there a way for certain phones to not be tracked?

Let's look into that for you @Jt12345!
It's possible the child's phone may be turned off, battery dead, or they may have removed location permissions. Check that the phone is powered; make sure location permissions are turned on at the child device. If Secure Family Companion is installed, make sure it is paired with the Parent's phone.

As the parent and primary wireless account owner you pick which lines in the family account you want to track. You do not have to track all lines under the same plan. Within the Secure Family App it will present all the lines under the same account and you click the checkbox next to the lines you want to track.
