AT&T Secure Family Companion won't install

I have secure family app on my phone. I have installed secure family companion app and paired 2 of my children's phones with my phone. My 3rd child's phone will almost install the companion app but ultimately it says "Can't install AT&T Secure Family Companion" I have followed all of the common ways to fix the problem and it is still unresolved. Not sure what to do at this point. Please advise.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to install the Secure Family Companion app on your child's cell phone. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. What kind of cell phone does your child have? What software update version is the cell phone currently using? Are you trying to install the app over a Wi-Fi connection, or are you using mobile data? Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for your reply. I was finally able to resolve this issue by going
into her "purchased" apps and selecting install. I'm not sure why it would
install from there and not originally. Just glad it is working.

I am having the same issue. It installed on one of my kids phones but when it downloads and says installing. Then I get a screen that says it cannot install. My kids are both using the Samsung s22 software version 5.1
