AT&T Mobile Security Plus For Unlimited Plans Missing on Second Phone

I have two phones on the AT&T Unlimited Your Way Elite plan. The question I have is about mobile security plus. The first phone has an option when I manage my account addons to select AT&T Mobile Security Plus for unlimited plans, however, the second phone only has options for the $3.99 a month AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect Plus, AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect (Free), or Opt out of AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect. Shouldn't both lines have the option for AT&T Mobile Security Plus for unlimited plans since they are both subscribed to the Elite unlimited plan. Thank you.

We encourage you to visit our support page, which goes over how to add the mobility security features to your device. Since you mentioned you're having troubles adding it from your account, you can try downloading the app altogether to see if you are running into the same issue there. There are also eligibility requirements in regards to using this feature as well, such as being HD voice-capable, and being bought through AT&T.

Thanks for your help. After a few days the option became available on the second line, so this problem is resolved.
