at&t is a scam
Upgraded from Galaxy S9 To Galaxy S20 on a promotion. Sent my phones in and at&t have said they recieved them and still havent reckeved my promotion that at&t was pushing all i have rcieved from them is a bill that is double what i was quoted. if anyone is decidIng to switch to at&t DONT DO IT i stand by Tmobile 100% they will tell you your bill and honor the quote. At&t has been lies and theives since i sined up.

If you had read the promotion, credits on your traded-in phone do not begin for 3 months.
First bills for every carrier I have used, including things like home internet and TV service, are always double because you are paying a month ahead. You are also paying activation fee, and are still paying full price for your phone. And if you have not signed up for auto-pay and paperless billing you are paying an additional $10 per line. The auto-pay and paperless discount is included in your quote.
