AT&T Family Map Not Tracking my Galaxy 3
I can't track my Galaxy 3 phone with AT&T Family Map. If I do a complete reset to manufacture setting it will work fine for a couple of months. Then it will not track at all. It says phone is off or out of coverage area. I know factually this is not true. I had the same problem with a Galaxy 2 but got the Galaxy 3 and figured the issue would stop but it hasn't. I have been dealing with these issues for a long time now. No point in paying $9.99 a month if I can't use it.
