Att family map login problems

I am trying to setup family map and it says I already have an account but when I request a password change I'm not getting the email. I think I might have used a different email address that I no longer have access to. How can I get into my family map account or create a new family map account.

Welcome to the Community Forums!  I am sorry this happened with your account.  I know it can be very concerning when you were able to sign into a specific account before and now you cannot.  I will be happy to assist you with this.


On our website, we have an esupport article for the Family Map.  I am going to send you the link for this.  There is also a short video for you to view.
