AT&T App Depot

I am able to login to app depot but once I am logged in, I get an error message that says “The user does not have permission to access any mobile applications”. I've talked with the guy who gave me my login but he is not sure what to do or who to get in tough with about fixing this.

Hi there @khathon, we understand getting that error message is concerning.

A great troubleshooting step is to delete the app and then download it again.  This will clear up any software issues which could be causing the error message to pop up. Please try the Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Please click Log in > sign into your myAT&T account > select your phone’s make and model > Apps > App doesn’t work, and follow the remaining steps.

Please let me know if this helped. Thank you for reaching out to Community Forums.

Hi, my issue is not clearing up. I am a contractor for building the sites. The Vast app(app depot) says I have not been approved for access.

Hi there @khathon.

We appreciate you reaching out through our Community Forum. The information that you're requesting would not have specific direction through this level of communication.

With that mentioned, as a contractor you should have a contact through your company, or direct interaction that would be able to provide further direction and information for the requested information.

We appreciate your time.

I'm having the same issue exactly.  Is there a solution?
