AT&T All access app is not working, continuously shows "Update in progress, please wait..."

Concerning the AT&T All Access application, we want to know,

  • when did this start
  • what specific device are you using
  • did you try to uninstall and reinstall the application

Also, please try our troubleshooting tool here for a possible resolution.
