At&T agent removed the Upnext feature on the wrong phone line
Why do I have to pay for the mistake of the agent that removed the feature Upnext form the wrong phoneline. I was told that once removed it can't be added which doesn't make sense as it was there mistake not mine.
It is very frusting that they do this to there customers. I'm very disappointed with there service.

it's a shame that problems like these can't be addressed where it's the rep's fault but then nothing can be done about it on the system simply because it's set up or programmed in a way that you have next up vs you don't and there's no option to add it so ..just like life you have to (Edited per community guidelines) it up until the next phone upg and make sure to add the next up on the line then
