It will not let me make in app purchases or update payment info

Allow us to assist with your inability to make mobile purchases. If you've requested a refund 5 times or more during the past 90 days it's likely your device is restricted from making anymore purchases.
It's possible to manage future mobile purchases and subscriptions by adding Purchase Blocker or Smart Limits to your account.
