We can definitely help you set up Visual Voicemail (VVM), @mnambiar

Error notifications can be frustrating during any kind of initialization - especially voicemail. We'd like to turn this around for you as soon as possible.

  • Do you have basic voicemail setup? You must setup voicemail within 60 days of account activation or the feature will be removed from your account. If its been longer please let us know so we can re provision your line.
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi, or mobile data during setup? Before setup mobile data must be enabled in order to successfully initialize VVM.
  • Is your software up to date? Please check for any software updates as its required.

The AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool can help you set up VVM is more time efficient than phone support. After sign in, choose your model then find Voicemail under Service/network to get started.

We'll run tests to check your settings and account provisioning. Very easy!

Please give it a try, and if you encounter any bumps along the way just let us know so we can take a closer look. We're standing by!
