ActiveArmor - Bug reporting

How do I report a bug in ActiveArmor ? The help page tells me it's easy, but I can't find any mechanism to report or get assistance...

The problem:

Problem callers seem to be able to overload ActiveArmor by calling multiple times... In the example I noted today, The first 4 times the number was identified as "Spam Risk" however on the 5th time, the same exact number was not identified and allowed to ring through.

What I suspect:

The app checks each number against a remote repository to identify.

What I suggest:

The app should retain the last 1 or 2 numbers and result and re-use this information for repetitive attacks.

Photo:

Five calls from the same number, the last ( top ) one was not identified and allowed to ring through.

I was excited to receive a mailer announcing AT&T Fixed Wireless.

I tried doing as much research as I could, talking to a couple customer service reps who didn't know much and had to wait a long time to get the limited information that they could from a specialist.

I wanted to have any degree of certainty that this would work better than my cellphone based internet situation, that somebody could check before they actually try to install it.
