Active Armor doesn't work after Call Protect was discontinued
I used to have/pay for the original Call Protect app on my iPhone and it worked great. After it was discontinued, I deleted the app and downloaded the Active Armor app as the replacement. However, Active Armor has never worked for me since day 1. I have the unlimited premium plan and according to this plan, I'm eligible for Active Armor advance that includes all the features which under my plan, show's this "add on" is active (Active Armor advanced mobile security for unlimited plans).
I don't care for anything else except for proper caller ID identification and reverse number lookup. How do I get caller ID to work again like it used to on the old Call Protect app? I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I've restarted my iphone and nothing works. Anyone have any idea how to get it to work? As far as I can tell, this Active Armor app is junk and bloated compared to Call Protect.

Marilyn, that information you posted is for an Android phone. I have an iPhone, not Android.
Also, I went to that link you posted (ActiveArmor Troubleshooting) and there is nothing useful there. I'm already on the latest version of iOS and I have the ActiveArmor app updated to the newest version as well.
This app does not work.

I looked and it says direct message is closed and will not allow me to respond. How do I create a new message? I don't have that option either
