Activating Stream Saver Following Transfer to New Family Plan
I received a text message indicating that Stream Saver has been turned on the same day I transferred to a family plan; however when I attempted to access at att.com/streamsaver, the system would not permit me to manage this feature. I then called 611 where a rep took 20 minutes to inform that I will need to wait 3 days until I can access this feature. Could anyone share their experience regarding the timing required to activate/deactivate this service? Thanks.
