I'm having issues activating HBO after upgrading my wireless service to the elite unlimited package that includes HBO. When I go to select my provider I select AT&T Wireless / Watch TV I get the error message: We’re having trouble verifying your access to HBO GO with your TV provider.

I was on the phone for 35 minutes with AT&T and they concluded that I needed to call HBO to register my account with them Of course, HBO said that I need to go through AT&T to register. Can anyone help me?
I also clicked on the link in the SMS message. It says: You've got HBO. It's all yours at no extra charge with your AT&T Unlimited Elite Plan. Sign in at www.att.com/myatt to start watching. When I do so there is no indication of how to do this. The customer service rep said there should be a start watching button but there isn't.
