Account nickname is not changeable?
I have an account with several phone lines.
At some point I have changed primary phone number, so the account defaulted to the next number as primary and was given that phone number user's nick name.
Now I have my account, my billing information, but the nickname of it reflects just one user's name, it is not affecting my use, but it would be wonderful if I could change the nickname.

Yes, you can change online in your account.
Login and go to your MyATt account.
Select profile
select manage profile
Chose user information tab
Change the line at the top right, then edit the information.
Dont forget to save before you exit

Indeed. No matter how many times I tried before there was no edit button for that account.
But... I am able to edit subaccount, so I clicked back, and before it could refresh to the no edit button page I clicked edit- got an error, but on the next refresh the coveted button was there. Wheew.

Apparently the web site has been changed. There no longer appear to be Manage Profile or User Information options, and I could not find the option to change the account nickname anywhere in the Profile area. Can someone please update this thread with the new location where an account nickname can be changed? Thanks.
