55+senior starter plan Florida only

If a person could afford to live in S Florida u could get the 55+ senior unlimited starter plan for 1 line $60 2 lines $80 very nice savings.

Why are the rest of us being Discriminated against because we cant live in Florida or is it because I leave in rural Montana?

That is interesting. Can’t say I’ve ever seen ATT offer a plan limited to a specific state or area before. Perhaps they are testing the response first.

Just like Verizon, which expanded to a few states. Plan choice and number of devices is limited.

Hello,

It's a new plan and based in high retirement areas to compete with "senior focused" carriers like Consumer Cellular. Florida makes sense. There's technically a senior nation plan that works Nationwide, but very restricted:

"If you're 65 or older, the AT&T Senior Nation plan gives you 200 Anytime Minutes, Unlimited Mobile to Mobile Minutes, and 500 Nights and Weekends minutes, without roaming and long distance charges. This plan will only cost $29.99 and works with all non smartphones."

That's nice, but the fact are is, if
I had a Florida zip code I could get the unlimited starter plan for $60 1 line and $80 for 2 lines a lit better deal then the nation wide senior plan. So we outside of Florida are being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST FOR NOT LIVING THERE, ITS TOTALLY BOGUS. ALL SENIOR SHOULD BE UP IN ARM, EVERYONE SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO THE SAME DISCOUNT NO MATTER WERE U CAN AFFORD TO LIVE

gas is 2 dollars in SACRAMENTO and 4.50 where I live am I being discriminated against because I don’t live in Sacramento? A similar topic came up a few months ago about iPhone users having a featur that android didn’t and she screamed discriminated as well. They can offer what they want where they want for whatever price they want. It’s. Or discrimination you just don’t live within the boundaries of the deal.

This is apples and oranges, we all can pay different price for food and gas etc.

AT&T advertise their prices as nation wide plans, except for the Rich S Florida people.

If they are trying to compete with Consume Cellular, which uses ATT towers that their business decision. Not ATT customers.

What AT&T is trying to say is all I think is all customers are equal but some are more equal then others.
