3 days to end of Locker - Keep getting error "we are experiencing technical difficulties"

Hi,

With the last date for downloading data off of locker 3 days away [8/3/2017] what is the solution if errors like this keep the site out of reach. I could not get to my documents after trying for an hour. Weirdly it shows me the videos and pictures but won't load the documents folders. Is there any ETA for the resolution of this issue?

I am experiencing the same problem.I have been trying all day. I can see the photos & videos, but when I ask it to download it keeps saying it's waiting on AT&T Locker and eventually it times out and I start the process all over again.

Same! I finally just downloaded the desktop app and things appear to be happening.  The interface is much better with the app too.

Is the closing date Aug 3 changed?

It reads on the website now that locker will be discontinued this year and
the exact date will be communicated by email or text.
