Unable to send Messages from iPhone XR

Recently I bought a new mobile iPhone XR and added the AT&T network. But after few days I'm unable to send any messages both direct and through mobile data. I tried to check the router and it is mentioned to here https://www.routersettings.co/ip-en/192-168-0-1/ set the default gateway router as 192.168.0.1 but that didn't help. Few help pages suggesting me that there might be a problem in SMS ip gateway. But I need expert advice. PLease help.

Is this thru a MicroCell? Do you have WiFi enabled on the phone as well as Send as SMS and MMS Messaging enabled?
