Iphone 5 not connecting to MicroCell. Can profiles restrict network?

An Iphone 5 that is managed with an enterprise profile is not connecting to MicoCell.

 

 

Can custom profiles restrict network to ATT only?

 

if so, what would I need to tell the support line in order for them to enhance the profile to allow devices to connect to a microcell?

Is the iPhone registered on the MicroCell as either the primary account holder or on the Approved User list (guest list). Who ever manages the MicroCell (account holder) has to register your phone's number so that the MicroCell knows you are an approved user. Support can't do that, if that's what the problem is.

Iphone phone number is registered.
Tried with the Web UI
and with the send text method.

powered both microcell and iphone.

Two other phones work, but they were registered when I bought the microcell.

Will wait for the weekend to see if it takes a little while for the change
to appear.

How are the other phones registered? Are they listed as Approved Users? Did you use the myATT registration page on a computer or your iPhone? I would use the myATT page via your computer. You may want to Reset Network Settings on your iPhone. Just keep in mind that you may lose some pw's etc so write them down.
