Why am I on the phone for 1+hours trying to fix anything with you guys ?????

I am trying to understand how a company as horrible as att has been allowed to stay in business if direct tv joined up with them to try and boost sales then they made a horrible mistake I will never deal with att again even if it means dropping direct tv
