We are sorry you had such a bad experience with us. We would be happy to discuss the billing and any charges that were not suppose to be on the account in our billing department. Feel free to give us a call and ask for the billing department for assistance. If you are adamant about sending back the equipment you can take it to any ups or FedEx location and we will take care of the shipping for you.
