After being with att for over 15 years and being on auto pay for most of the years until a recent issue with billing upon adding additional att services in December 2016, and having billing issues that I've had to call about monthly without ever getting the issue corrected, since December, I am sad to say you lost a loyal customer. I called monthly since December and spoke with many representatives in attempts to resolve the issue. After 5 months of billing issues and hours on the phone, I am tired of fighting the same issue. After the representative that I spoke with today was rude, I just couldn't explain the same story one more time. I am very disappointed at how I, as a 15-year customer, was treated over your company's billing mistakes and miscommunications over the last few months.
