Re: Visa Gift card

I've been dealing with the exact same issue. We were promised a $300 gift card when signing up for DirectTV and internet. I have copies of the contract I signed where the sales associate wrote it on the contract and they've been completely ignored by customer service. I've wasted countless days and hours talking to multiple customer service reps and reached zero resolution. I'm convinced that the entire visa gift card promotion you're promised when agreeing to service is a total scam.

If anyone else has experienced the same ordeal (and plenty people clearly have) I encourage you to post about your experience on this forum. It's insane that this is not a class action lawsuit by this point because AT&T is ripping customers off and promising rewards that don't intend to deliver.
