Re: Sunday Ticket Short Cuts on DVR

We have been customers of Direct Tv for 19 years and have always purchased the NFL ticket, last June I talk to a phone representative and was offered the NFL ticket for $25 payments and we both agreed to this, now 2+ months later after talking to 4 people for 2+ hours I am told I must pay full price or not have it. This is how you treat a loyal customer, really !
I never treated my customers this way. It may be time for us to find a new Phone / internet & TV provider since we can get the 3 cheaper from a company that does not offer the NFL ticket
