Re: Starz Western Channel Distorted

I have been trying since May 29th to get someone - anyone - to revert this channel back to the correct SD aspect ratio. AT&T sent a technician to my house today and he confirmed that it is NOT my TV. The Starz Encore Westerns channel content is unwatchable in its current distorted stretched out state. After an hour where the technician was trying to work up the chain of command within U-verse Support, he was told to tell me "Not our AT&T problem - call Starz". SERIOUSLY???? AT&T and Starz have a contract and the content on this SD-only channel is being broadcast in the wrong aspect ratio. There is not an HD-equivalent for this channel. It is SD only. It needs to be broadcast in SD format. How do we get this fixed? HELP!
