Did you ever get this fixed? I have spent well over 20 hours on the phone with Direct TV customer service with almost zero help on a billing issue. I talk to one person and they understand it, and then the next person accuses me of doing something wrong, then after 45 minutes they finally see that I am right. Just wondering if this forum is the right place to post these issues and see if you had any success doing that.
