Terrible to long time customers. My account was actually "flagged" for asking for too many credits!! (I have an old phont, a text phone. It commonly dials numbers at random and I was charged for calling 411 several times. AT& T didn't believe me that I didn't call. Who calls 411 anymore? I haven't in over fifteen years!) I'm a ten year customer. I am treated like garbage every time I call in for something. Especially a complaint. You get bounced around, to various departments. No one has any care or sympathy for you. THey are like robots. Do not swtich for your cellular service. I am trying to get away from them. Horrid.
