I'm sorry sir but your information is incorrect. If the customer requested NFL Sunday Ticket at the beginning of the sale, and they are within 30 days of beginning service, they can choose to get the proper package that Sunday Ticket comes with, which is Choice or Choice All Included or higher. All they have to do is let the representative on the phone know what they requested, and once verified that they didn't receive said package, it's a simple matter of getting it changed and the discount promo offer will be adjusted also to reflect the proper discount for the higher package.
