I have had some similar issues. Me and my room mate got services less than 2 weeks ago, which was set up under my room mates name because he was approved with the credit issues and we would not be charged the 449$ credit management fee. They then sent us our bill that was in my name with the credit management fee. We haven't received what we were promise which was services under his name without the credit management fee. I have spent multiple days and several hours a day getting transferred from representative to representative and can not get anything taken care of. I as well have been highly disappointed in att customer service.
