Save yourself the headache and just cancel now....


I have spent well over 20 hours on the phone with Direct TV customer service with almost zero help on a billing issue. I talk to one person and they understand it, and then the next person accuses me of doing something wrong, then after 45 minutes they finally see that I am right, but they say they are going to get it fixed, and it never gets fixed, and I have to repeat this cycle over again.
