Perhaps you should think about what folks may have going on personally before you cast such judgement on what we should pay attention to as well as consider what was going on with Directv in the interim. I find your email rude, hateful and disrespectful. Maybe you should pay attention to how you communicate with other people and as a customer service representative think before you respond or lead with questions rather than judgement, particularly when we are supplying the money that keeps your livelihood sustained.

@14batgirl, perhaps you should note that Juniper is not an AT&T or DIRECTV employee, but is just a customer like you and me.  His advice to review your monthly bills is sound, as was his recommendation to send that Private Message to people who are actually paid DIRECTV Support staff.
