You can't DTV is rolling it out as it does with all upgrades in stages and only the HR44/54/HS17 Genies are getting it.

Genie HR44, HR44, and the new Genie-2 HS17 are getting the new user interface. It is rolling out in stages until everyone with those models has been updated.
