Can't watch DIRECTV on PC

No matter which browser I use, even with flash enabled, I can't watch DIRECTV on my Windows 10 PC.

I get the following error message:

"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

Has only happened on this  Windows 10 machine... no problems on my other Windows 10 computer.

Suggestions?
