Billing mistake turned off my internet service

I had ATT TV service and Internet. On Jan 2nd of this year i terminated the tv portion and returned the gear. Got a bill from DIRECTV sing thanks your balance is zero at the end of January. Somehow ATT doesn't communicate with the company they own and kept billing me. Now they have suspended my internet despite several phone calls to their billing department and are telling me there is no way to turn it back on until Monday because the billing dept is closed even though it's their mistake. I've called 3 times to resolve it and get nowhere. I owe ATT nothing yet they continue to screw this up and now turn off my internet and can't restore it. I'm going to the BBB and FCC. This is outrageous.
