ATTUVerse
I called ATT Moving at 6:10 P.M. tonight. I told Courtney I am moving out of State and wanted to put a request in to discontinue UVerse Service. She asked for the City and State I'm moving to. She said she put the request in. I asked her for the effective date; She said today. I told her I want to stop UVerse service on 6/117. She told me she changed the date. Well, (yup; I said to myself, 'We'll see).
I made dinner and came back to a blank screen. Long story shortened, its 8:11 P.M. The Tech dept is still trying to get service restored. She'd blown my account away.
I am so glad I will not have to put up with their incompetence after the First!!!!!
