WHY ARE YOU EVEN IN EXISTENCE?

WHY IS A COMPANY LIKE AT&T IN EXISTENCE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A LYING FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONLY ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY CAN BE MADE FOR THERE SORRY SERVICE IT DOESNT EVEN COMPARE WITH CABLE SERVICES ITS SPEEDS ARE UP AND DOWN ONE MINUTE IT MAY BE FAST AND WORK BUT THEN THE NEXT YOU ARE GETTING DISCONNECTED AND HAVE TO REFRESH THE AUDIO OR VIDEO BEING PLAYED THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT FIBER OPTIC BUT THEN WHEN YOU ARGUE WITH THEM THEY SAY ITS ONLY FIBER TO THE NODE THEN COAXIAL THE REST OF THE WAY UH COAXIAL I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH CABLE IN THE BEGINNING BUT NO THEY DONT ADVERTISE THIS THATS BECAUSE THEY DONT WONT YOU TO KNOW AND THEY CHARGE YOU WAY TO MUCH FOR THERE SORRY SERVICES I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES SINCE SIGNING UP AND I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT I WILL BE CANCELLING SERVICES AFTER MY YEAR IS UP AND IF IT GETS WORSE I MAY NOT MAKE IT TO MY YEAR AND I WILL LEAVE YOU WITH THE EARLY TERMINATION FEES THAT I WILL NEVER PAY BUT WHEN I SIGNED UP I WAS UNDER A PROMOTIONAL PRICE FOR HIGHSPEED INTERNET 18MBPS DOWN AND FOR 9.99 COULD GET HOME PHONE SERVICE AS WELL SO THATS WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR WELL THATS NOT WHAT WAS INSTALLED ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION AND WHEN I MENTIONED IT THE TECH KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT AFTER THEY TOOK MY 100.00 UPFRONT FEE AND AN INSTALLATION FEE BROKEN DOWN IN 33 DOLLAR INCREMENTS FOR 3 BILLING CYCLES WELL GUESS WHAT I AINT PAYING THAT ITS YOUR MISTAKE SO WHEN I FINALLY GOT THAT ISSUE RESOLVED I FOUND OUT LATER THEY DONT EVEN SUPPLY A TELEPHONE WHAT HOW YOU GOING TO OFFER VOIP WITH NO PHONE SO I HAD TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO GO BUY AN EXPENSIVE PHONE WELL WHEN THE BILL CAME OUT IT WAS NOT 9.99 IT WAS MORE LIKE 129.99 PLUS FEES AND TAXES SO I CALLED AND CANCELLED IT AND JUST UPPED MY DOWNLOAD SPEEDS TO 24MBPS DOWN IVE HAD OVER 6 TECHS OUT TRYING TO FIX MY DISCONNECT PROBLEMS TO NO AVAIL BUT YET TWO OF THOSE TECHS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT OVER 200 DOLLARS BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY DIDNT GET IT CAUSE I CALLED AND COMPLAINED UNTIL MY BILL WAS 0 MY BILL SHOULD NOW BE 62 AFTER THE PROMOTION PLUS 7 DOLLAR MODEM FEE AND TAXES WELL THAT WASNT THE CASE EITHER THE PRICES ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE MY BILLING CYCLE IS ALL MESSED UP I CANT EVEN KEEP UP WITH IT AND ALL THE RIDICULOUS CHARGES ONE REP SAID THAT HE COULDNT UNDERSTAND MY ACCOUNT AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO A THOUROUGH INVESTIGATION HE SAID IT SHOWS I HAVE ALL THREE SERVICES WHICH I DO NOT HE SAID BUT THE FUNNY THING IS IM NOT BEING CHARGED BECAUSE IT DOESNT SHOW IT ON MY BILL BUT HE SAID I WOULD HEAR FROM THEM LATER WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER MY BALANCE HAD BEEN 0 DOLLARS AND THEN THE NEXT DAY WHEN NOTHING IS EVEN DUE IT SHOWS CHARGES AFTER I PAYED AN ADVANCED PAYMENT TO BE CAUGHT UP FOR A MONTH BUT AT&T TOOK IT AND PUT IT TOWARDS CHARGES THAT WASNT EVEN VALID AND SHOULD HAD ALREADY BEEN TAKING CARE OF IM STARTING TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF MY BILL INCASE I HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT BUT I CALLED AGAIN TO COMPLAIN AND OF COURSE ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE YOU CANT UNDERSTAND OR AN UNEDUCATED PERSON THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT TECHNOLOGY OR BILLING THEY PUT MY BALANCE TO 0 BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CREDIT THEY DONT WONT TO REIMBURSE ME SO GUESS WHAT WHEN JULY 29 ROLLS AROUND THEY GOING TO SAY I OWE THEM BUT GUESS WHAT TAKE THAT 60 THAT YOU ALREADY TOOK FROM ME BUT IM SURE I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN SO I TOOK A SCREEN SHOT OF MY BILL BALANCE OF 0 FOR THE MONTH OF JULY IM NOT PAYING TWICE FOR THIS MONTH THIS IS JUST PLAIN RIDICULOUS PEOPLE BEWARE AND PLEASE GO WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER
