I am a new customer.  3 days now.    Previously I had Wave Broad Band which was a lame service.  I always had to reset and missed programming. In the middle of a game at a crucial moment it would go blank which sucked.  However, the volume was twice what Uverse is.  I followed all the steps previously mentioned here to resolve the Uverse low volume with no luck.  My volume on the receiver was and is set at 25.  I have a samsung HE450 soundbar and subwoofer.  I have to almost max it out.   Uverse tech came out to fix it with no success.  He was here for 5 hours. He says I have to live with it or go to another provider.   It's either get quality sound and interuptions every other day with Wave or put up with lame volume from Uverse.  Anyone have a samsung soundbar?   Anymore suggestions?  Thanks much.
