Re: Uverse Sound

3 days now with Uverse.  I have a Samsung 55" TV and the sound quality is lame.  I have a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer.  No channels are any louder than any others.  I did the suggested stb progarmming on my S-30 remote and the receiver volume is maxed at 25 and I have to nearly max out the sound bar to even hear it.  Very disappointed in Uverse.  A service tech tried for 5 hours.  Replaced the box 3 times with no improvement.  Before that I was on the phone with a tech for 4 hours the prior day.  Funny how the tech on the phone said she'd never heard of this issue in all her time at AT&T.  Apparently she doesn't read this forum.
