We've had numerous problems with Uverse and I'm pretty sure I'd do better peeping in my neighbors window for TV, Using String and Cans for the phone, and stealing my neighbors internet. Uverse has gone downhill at an unbeleiveable speed. It's insane and ALMOST EVERY SINGLE CS REP I speak to doesn't know what to do, can't help, pass it on to others/Managers & makes promises that never pan out, lie or just don't know what they're talking about! One remote issue was common sense to me & the 2nd rep that did help (Glad I called back & the 2nd rep had a brain. She helped-saved us $/Time). I've been laughed at & heard a CS Rep make jokes before hanging up/not knowing I was still listening & have a friend that was called names/cursed at in a similar situation. Sad. We used to love them, but Nahhh.... They do not care. They don't get ANYTHING except the bottom line/$$$$$$. I am friends with a few employees/Managers because I worked in the same building as a call center. Let me tell ya, that's a JOKE. Employees come & go every second, are rude/think it's hilarious (I'd hear them during breaks),Managers are disgusted, BUT can do very little, & they perssonally don't recommend AT&T/Uverse.Some of this is irrelevent, BUT you get what you pay for. AT&T. BTW- AT&T 'S ONLY SUGGESTION TO GET HELP -HAVE THE CUSTOMER PAY TO SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER TO SOMEONE THAT SUPPOSEDLY CARES & CROSS MY FINGERS. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY $ TO GET WHAT i PAY FOR??? (MUST BE AWFULLY DIFFICULT TO RETURN AN EMAIL/PHONE CALL AFTER MY 80MIL COMPLAINTS).
We have Connection issues (TV/Internet) Internets slow, Poor Internet svc for laptops & Phones, Poor service for TV Constantly loses signals, Usually ALL Tv's, but sometimes just 1 & nothing helps. I've had it happen 5 times in 1 day
Billing issues ( poor Customer service/They have No Clue/They Lie/Steal $/They are Rude Ignore Complaints/Don't follow through or Call Customers)
I can go on, but you get it. AT&T has lost their mind & DO NOT CARE. ALL Employees need retraining & AT&T should value their existing customers and provide deals to keep us NOT screw us over. Good Luck!
