Hi, I totaly agree with you as it has happend to me on more than one occasion. You do have the ability to set you're data limits to keep from going over. I let it slide the first time, I was stunned after being charged that the data I just paid for did not roll-over! Really? The second time it happened I let the local att store know who I was. I became....lets just say I got real unfriendly and made my presence known as there were a lot of customers in the store at the time. I was not going away...they got tired of me and I got a $15 credit back to my bill.
