I signed up with DirecTV on Monday 01/09/2017 with a rep. named Saundra who told me that I would receive a $200 gift card in order to pay Verizon's early termination fee of $250. Saundra told me to redeem my rewards card after the services were installed at directv.com/reward. My service was installed today (01/12/2017). I went to directv.com to redeem my reward, but there was not any rewards under my account number. When I called DirectV's manager he stated that my account only showed that I was due a $100 reward, however, when the manager tried to retrieve my $100 reward at att.com/reward there was not any rewards listed for $100.00. The manager has offered to provide me with a one-time $50 reward for my troubles. I am now contacting Channel 6 ABC Action News on your side!!!! THIS HAS TO STOP!!!!!
